授課教師簡介：
LEE教授畢業於Cardiff University大學獲得博士學位，曾在University of Cambridge等高校進行交流和合作研究，曾就職於Korea Shipping, Ports and Logistics Institute和Inha University等科研機構與高校。目前是RMIT大學The One Belt and One Road Research Lab的首席教授，是國際上倡導“一帶一路”研究的著名學者。LEE教授是IAME Maritime Economists、Journal of Shipping and Trade、Transportation Research Part E的副主編，編輯出版20余專刊，出版Dynamic Shipping and Port Developments in the Globalized Economy等專著，發表各類期刊論文一百余篇。
