馮雪皓博士就職於浙江大學海洋意昂🏟，於韓國釜山大學 (Busan National University)物流信息專業獲得（工業工程）工學博士學位，並曾在在韓國首爾大學 （Seoul National University）工業工程系做博士後研究員。研究成果發表在Transportation Research Part E、Optimization Methods & Software、Computers and Industrial Engineering、International Journal of Production Research、International Journal of Production Economics等期刊。
