(1994) degree and his Ph.D. degrees (1997) both in Control Theory & Control Engineering discipline from Research Center of Automation in Northeastern University, P. R. China. From 1997 to 2002, he has been with Information Engineering Department in Oriental Electronics & Information Industry Stock Ltd., Yantai, China, where he was a senior engineer and served as vice general manager of the department. In September 2002, he joined Institute of Robotics and Automatic Information System in School of Information Science & Technology of Nankai University, Tianjin, China, where he was an associate professor and a graduate supervisor in subject of Control Theory and Control Engineering. He has ever visited Departamento de Control Automatico, CINVESTAV-IPN, Mexico in 2008 and Viterbi School of Engineering in University of Southern California in 2013 respectively as a visiting scholar. Since 2009, he has been working as an associate professor and a graduate supervisor in Key Lab of Martine Technology and Control Engineering of Ministry of Communication in Shanghai Maritime University. As a teacher, he ever taught courses of Automatic Control Principle, Circuit Theory in Nankai University, and courses of Neural Network Control, Linear System Theory and Adaptive Control etc. in Shanghai Maritime University. He ever undertook or participated in over 20 research projects of national 863 projects, national nature science funds projects, and projects funded by provinces and ministries. He published over 50 papers and obtained more than 20 issued patents. He received two Science and Technology Awards of the provincial and ministerial level.
